Homemade All-Purpose Wipes

Homemade All-Purpose Wipes

You will need the following:
1 Paper Towel, roll
1 Plastic Container
Knife, sharp or serrated
1/2 cup Water, warm
1 1/2 cups Ethyl Alcohol – must be at least 70%-90% for effective sanitizing
1 tbsp Liquid Hand Soap - antibacterial
10 drops Any Essential Oil *optional - Lemon, Lavender, Eucalyptus, etc.

Directions:
Cut one paper towel roll in half with a sharp or serrated knife.
Boil one cup of water and let it cool down.
Add the ethyl alcohol and liquid hand soup; Mix thoroughly.
Put the cut paper towel roll inside the container, and pour the prepared mixture over it.
Close the container.
Allow the container to sit for 5 minutes then flip the container over and allow it to sit an additional 5 minutes to ensure the paper towel roll is fully saturated.
Open the container and pull out the inner cardboard tube.
Cover, and keep close.

Tips:
Depending on the size of your container, you may need to reduce the size of your paper towel roll.
If your paper towel roll is larger, you may increase the amount of water, coconut oil and baby soap mixture you are using, just be careful with the consistency.
Save the other cut paper towel for next time use.
If the wipes dry out (as they do over time), re-wet them with the same mixture.

Important Note:
*These are NOT meant to replace disinfecting products.
*Effectiveness of these wipes against any bacterias, viruses, or spores is not so guaranteed; Though it's one practical method to help surfaces clean, and to save money! :)
*Do not use these wipes on human skin or as baby wipes.
