Chocolate Cups
Ingredients:
6 oz (1 cup) semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
50 ml low-fat Milk
1/2 tbsp Rum (optional)
a handful of Nuts ~ Hazelnuts, Cashew Nuts, or Almonds (for filling)
colorful Sprinkles (for topping)
Instructions:
In a small pot, pour-in the milk, and bring to a boil.
Turn off heat, and add-in the chocolate chips.
Stir about 1-2 minutes, or until chocolates has thoroughly melted.
Mix until well combined and smooth.
Add-in rum if desired, and mix well.
Pour the chocolate ganache in a pastry bag. Set aside.
Arrange the chocolate aluminum cups on a tray.
Distribute the nuts in each aluminum cup.
Snip off the end of the pastry bag, and pipe the chocolate ganache into the aluminum cups.
Set aside to cool and a little thickened. Then, decorate with colorful sprinkles.
Place in an airtight container, and store in the fridge until firm before serving.
