Mocha Mini Bundt Cake

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup All-purpose Flour
1/8 tsp Salt 
1 tsp Baking powder
1/3 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Oil
1/2 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/3 tbsp Instant black coffee granules in 1/2 tbsp hot water

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Grease the mini bundt pan, and set aside.
In a large bowl, sift-in the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
In another bowl , add-in  the milk, oil, vinegar, vanilla, and coffee mixture. Whisk well to combine.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and mix thoroughly.
Spoon batter into the cake moulds about 3/4 full.
Bake for 15 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from oven, and place on a wire rack to cool down.

Serve and Enjoy!!
