Banana Cake


Banana Cake is a sweet, moist cake that is made with mashed fully ripe bananas.

Banana Cake

Ingredients:
1 cup fully ripe Banana, mashed
1 cup Sugar
2 pcs Eggs
1 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour, sifted
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Canola Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
Mix them thoroughly until evenly distributed.
Add-in the eggs, mashed bananas, canola oil, and vanilla essence; Then mix well until a batter is formed.

Preheat oven at 175°C, 
Grease the loaf pan and pour-in the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Remove from the oven, then allow to cool down for a few minutes.
Transfer the banana cake on a serving plate.
May be put inside the fridge to cool, or serve immediately.
