Ingredients:
3 tbsp Cream Cheese
1 can (small) tuna in spring water, drained
3 green onions, chopped
a dash of Salt and Black Pepper to taste
10 saltine crackers
2 cherry tomatoes, quartered
Instructions:
In a medium sized bowl, soften the cream cheese with a metal knife or fork.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Take a half tablespoonful and spread on saltine crackers to make canapés.
Top with cherry tomatoes, and place on a serving plate.
