Gyeran Mari 계란말이 (Rolled Egg)

Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1 sheet Dried Laver
Salt to taste
Cooking Oil

Instructions:
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, and mix well.
In aheated, oiled pan, pour-in about 1/3 of the egg mixture.
When the eggs have been slightly cooked, place the dried laver on top and roll them up, carefully shaping them.
Pour the rest of the egg mixture, cooking them until golden brown; and roll them into little puffy rolls.
Remove from pan. Allow to cool until steam comes out; and slice diagonally into 1cm wide pieces.
Serve and Enjoy!!
