Panda Choco Butter Cookies


Panda Choco Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

85 g All-purpose Flour
75 g All purpose Flour + 5 g Cocoa Powder
60 g Butter
60 g White Sugar
25 g Egg, beaten

Tool:
Panda Cookie Cutter Set

Instructions:
In a small bowl, cream the butter.
Add-in sugar, whip until until light and creamy.
Add-in beaten egg, beat well until light and fluffy.
Divide the mixture equally into half, and place in two separate medium bowls.

To make the plain dough: In the first bowl, add-in flour into the prepared mixture.
Mix well until dough is formed.

To make the cocoa dough:
In the second bowl, add-in flour + cocoa powder into the prepared mixture.
Mix well until dough is formed.

Place both doughs in separate ziploc bags, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

When doughs are ready, Roll them out using a rolling pin.

Cut the panda outline using the black frame cookie cutter onto the rolled out cocoa dough.
Cut the panda face using the black stamp cookie cutter, and white frame cookie cutter for the head and body onto the rolled out plain dough.

Arrange the pre-cut dough to form the panda.

Bake in a 170ºC preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, and let cool on a wire rack.
